Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cape Coral Pressure Washing website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing our website or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
Cape Coral Pressure Washing operates exclusively as a lead generation and referral platform. We do not perform pressure washing or any other property services. Our sole function is to receive your service inquiry and connect you with independent, third-party licensed pressure washing contractors ("Contractors") operating in the Cape Coral, Florida area.
2. No Service Provider Relationship
IMPORTANT: Cape Coral Pressure Washing is not a pressure washing company and is not a party to any service agreement between you and a Contractor. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control any Contractor. Any work performed, pricing agreed upon, or disputes arising from services rendered are solely between you and the Contractor you choose to engage.
By submitting a service request, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Your inquiry and contact information will be shared with one or more independent third-party Contractors.
- Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Cape Coral Pressure Washing.
- We make no representations or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, timeliness, or legality of any Contractor's services.
- All payments for services are made directly between you and your chosen Contractor. Cape Coral Pressure Washing does not collect or process any payments from customers.
- We may receive compensation from Contractors in connection with referrals made through our platform.
3. Contractor Independence & Vetting
While we endeavor to work with reputable, qualified Contractors, we make no warranties regarding any Contractor's licensing, insurance, bonding, experience, or fitness for a particular purpose. We strongly encourage you to independently verify a Contractor's credentials, licensure status, and insurance coverage before authorizing any work.
In the State of Florida, pressure washing contractors may be subject to licensing requirements depending on the scope of services. You may verify contractor credentials through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) at myfloridalicense.com.
4. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting a service request, you expressly consent to being contacted by Cape Coral Pressure Washing and/or our Contractor partners by telephone, text message (SMS), or email regarding your inquiry. This may include contact via automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
This consent is not a condition of receiving any services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is used and shared.
5. No Guarantee of Contractor Availability
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a Contractor will be available in your area, will contact you, or will provide a quote. We reserve the right to share your inquiry with multiple Contractors simultaneously.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cape Coral Pressure Washing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) the acts, omissions, or negligence of any Contractor; (b) any services performed or not performed by a Contractor; (c) disputes between you and a Contractor regarding payment, workmanship, or scheduling; or (d) your use of or reliance upon our Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this Service shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
